Yoga Class Types:
Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga is about linking the breath with the pose. One moves from pose to pose in a smooth, easy manner, like Meditation in Motion and on a deeper level, as resistance is released and tension is shed, you flow with the present moment. This class is for all levels as variations are shown for the postures.

Yin Yoga

This style focuses on the connective tissue of the body, targeting the hips, pelvis and lower spine. It releases the deep tensions placed upon the body from daily life. It is an essential preventative as well as therapeutic practice for anyone interested in vibrant health. Yin Yoga is for all levels.

Stress Relieving Yoga

Join us for visualization, breathing and gentler movement to increase your experience of Peace and Well-being. All levels welcome.
