Tai chi is good for you, and a lot of fun to do. It starts with a long series of continuous movements which can take 15 to 20 minutes to complete and a long time to learn, but tai chi does not have to involve that much time or take months to learn. In 4 weeks you can learn several easy routines that will allow you to experience all the benefits of doing the longer, harder to learn forms of tai chi.
This class will concentrate on the 10 step Yang Style Form, Form 1, and Tai Chi Qi Gong Shibashi.
If you have ever wanted to try tai chi, or you are interested in improving the quality of your well being, this class is for you.
Preregistration is required. Cost is $39 for the 4 week session.
