Most classes are for all levels. The teachers will show variations for the poses. The Tuesday and Thursday 4:15pm classes are Power Flow classes that would not be recommended for new students. All other classes would be ok for beginning students.
You don’t need to bring anything. We provide yoga mats, straps, blocks, blankets, etc.
Just wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in, keeping in mind we do poses standing, sitting, on our stomachs and on our backs and sometimes upside down.
You can pick the class you would like to attend and then arrive about 15 minutes early so you have time to fill out the information/release form and give the teacher time to get you set up on a yoga mat.
Each yoga class lasts 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Debit Cards.
Each class normally starts with sitting and breathing, then we move through the poses (asana) and then end with relaxation.
Most people have some sort of limitation, so you aren’t alone. You do only what you can do. You rest if you need to rest. No one else will be watching. They’ll be doing their own yoga on their own mats. The teacher will usually give alternative ways to do the pose.
